The St Pius School Pastoral Board was formed in 2006. Members include the Principal, the Parish Priest and parent representatives from the school community. The Board follows the guidelines as set out in the Model Constitution and Commentary for Catholic Education Boards in Queensland, and exists as a reference body to assist the Principal in discharging their responsibilities. The areas of business the Board is most commonly involved in include: School Renewal, Policy Formation, Building & Maintenance and Capital Projects. The St Pius School Pastoral Board meets on a regular basis throughout the year.
