St Pius V Tuckshop

The tuckshop is currently open on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of each week.  The tuckshop is led by our Tuckshop Convenors Mrs Lauren Mann and​ Mrs Emma Graham.    

Lunch orders are done online using QKR! and are due the day before by 8.30am.  For example, Wednesday's tuckshop order is due on Tuesday morning before 8.30am.​

St Pius Tuckshop relies on the help of our lovely volunteers to operate.

We are in need of volunteers throughout the year to assist in preparing around 800 meals a week. No skills needed, if you can make a sandwich you can help. Tuckshop is a great place to help out the school community and meet other parents and caregivers. We need help on Thursdays and Fridays between 8:30am and 1:30pm, even if you can only help for an hour, we would love to hear from you.

All volunteers must complete Student Protection and Code of Conduct Training for Volunteers prior to volunteering.

  • ​​Tuckshop is available three days a week Wednesday - Friday 1st and 2nd break.

  • Tuckshop can be ordered via the QKR! app, please make sure your child's correct class and year level is included in their profile.  Instructions for QKR! can be found on the parent portal under Documents.

  • Tuckshop can be ordered a minimum of 24 hours in advance with orders cutting off at 8:30am the previous day (eg: orders for Friday will cut off at 8:30am Thursday) this allows for adequate preparation time as most of the Tuckshop items are made at St Pius.

  • If you have ordered Tuckshop and your child is going to be absent, please email lauren.mann@bne.catholic.edu.au before 9am and your child's order will be automatically carried over to the same day the following week.

  • If you know more than 24 hours in advance that your child will be absent (eg going on holiday or a sporting event) you can cancel your order and process a refund on the QKR! App.

  • The Tuckshop does not have access to personal accounts on QKR! and therefore, cannot change, cancel or process refunds.

  • Unfortunately, orders cannot be carried over if Tuckshop is not notified by 9am as food is already made and/or sent out.
