​The BCE Strategic Plan for the next five years and the St Pius V Annual Plan for 2021 are included below. Following on from our External School Review last year and with the introduction of a new strategic plan, our goals and strategies have been set to align with five key priorities. They are:

With the five key priorities, the intended outcomes are:

• Students who are engaged, successful learners who are faith filled and positively contribute to the world.
  
• Teachers who are pedagogical experts, who, inspired by ‘Jesus as teacher’, progress the achievement and wellbeing of each learner.
  
• Staff, families and supporters who connect authentically to innovate and contribute to excellence, equity and wellbeing in learning.
  
• Communities that are safe, inclusive and embrace change.
